Bill has been a Realtor since 2007, beginning his real estate career in the Boston, Massachusetts area before moving to Maine a few years later. He attended Northeastern University, first studying architecture, but concluding with a degree in psychology. He earned a masters at Boston College in Education, and taught for many years in Massachusetts at Perkins School for the Blind. Burned out from teaching, in 2006 he was ready for new professional challenges. He knew he always found great joy in being able to make a difference in people’s lives. This, coupled with his love of architecture, made real estate a good fit.
After working at large agencies for several years, Bill decided to open his own brokerage. In 2016, he and a partner opened North Point Realty in Westbrook. Their priority is to provide superior, personalized service from experts in the local market, and offer an environment where other Realtors can thrive and build their own businesses within their firm.
Bill lives in Portland's Oakdale neighborhood with his wife, Kate, their two children, and several fur-family members.
